Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming branch environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and refer to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
