Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking.
• Create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication, tailoring product features.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with rules.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Preferred: College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
