The role requires licensing (SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life) and the ability to work weekends and evenings. You will learn products quickly, adhere to regulatory requirements, and connect clients to Chase's digital tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor product benefits to diverse client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training to meet compliance obligations.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, and tailor recommendations to financial needs.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients, build trust, and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
