Role requires a high school diploma, SIE exam and FINRA licenses, ability to work some weekends/evenings, and a track record of sales in retail banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts for complex needs
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
