Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a New York branch to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge and technology tools. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, consult with clients, and coordinate with a team of specialists to meet financial needs.

The role requires switching between in-person and phone interactions, adherence to banking regulations, and a focus on building trust through excellent service and proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs, build trust, and anticipate requirements.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
