Chase in New York is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a branch, delivering hospitality and using banking solutions to meet client needs. You will manage client relationships, promote products, and ensure compliance while working with a team.

You will engage clients with clear communication, educate them on technology tools, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. This role requires weekend/evening hours and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
