Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify deposit and borrowing needs and guide clients through options and applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct regular outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in coaching associates on sales, referrals, and products/services as needed.
• Support teller line to minimize client wait times and process transactions.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay informed on operational updates to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Assist with training of new associates and with audit controls.
