Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
• Experience in financial services industry and related products is a plus
• One year of sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual goals

Responsabilidades

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile, online, ATM).
• Processes cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients as needed.
• Develops in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial goals and connect them to suitable solutions.
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs and grow business.
• Manages center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to improve client experience.
