• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service and sales across deposits, credit, and other product lines.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative conversations.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and support teller duties as needed.
