Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused teller to provide outstanding service and accurate handling of all monies. You will engage clients, educate on digital banking, and support sales through outreach and referrals.

The role emphasizes IRM collaboration, adherence to controls, and ongoing product knowledge through training. Weekend availability and occasional travel may be required as part of branch staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
