Job summary

Truist in the United States (Lutz, FL) is seeking a customer-focused teller/service professional to provide timely client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling funds responsibly.

The role includes educating clients on digital banking, supporting the sales process, and understanding IRM to deliver tailored Truist solutions. Flexibility for weekends and travel may be required as per branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multitask under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while performing complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referring to branch team members or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
