Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and passing ongoing regulatory checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and, occasionally, weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service in person and by phone, developing and expanding client relationships.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and sales processes.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policy updates.
• Greet clients and guide them through transactions, assisting with teller duties as needed.
• Work weekends or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.
