Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building ability.
• Solutions-based sales skills and professionalism.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office and bank systems.
• Must register with NMLS and have a valid driver's license; travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security.
• Grow consumer relationships using campaigns and referrals.
• Deepen relationships with onboarding and outbound calls to prospects.
• Identify lending opportunities, including real estate, and coordinate referrals.
• Commit to personal development and mastery of digital banking products.
