Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy with MS Office, internet, mobile tech, and bank systems.
• Must register and maintain current NMLS license.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion operations and compliance to protect customer privacy and security.
• Grow and deepen consumer relationships through campaigns and referrals.
• Onboard customers and conduct outbound calling to generate appointments.
• Identify lending opportunities, including real estate secured loans.
• Pursue personal development and maintain product knowledge.
