Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust is seeking a Relationship Banker in Petersburg, WV. The role involves opening accounts, taking loan applications, and referring clients to product specialists to deliver superior service.

You will assist clients with online banking, transfers, and account maintenance, while cross-selling additional services. Prior retail banking and customer service experience are preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Open a wide variety of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Identify and complete referrals to Mortgage, Investments, Cash Management, Commercial Loans and Insurance.
• Assist clients with account reconciliations, online and mobile banking, wire transfers, debit cards and overdraft assistance.
• Cross-sell additional bank services and products as appropriate.
• Educate and profile clients using bank systems and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate sales tracking, follow-up calls, onboarding and client retention.
