Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years teller or new accounts experience preferred.
• Sales and service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a team and in a busy branch.
• Proficient computer, typing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between teller line and customer service desk.
• Provide superior customer service and referrals for banking products.
• Process deposits, checks, payments, and other routine transactions.
• Open consumer and business accounts, including loans and deposits.
• Assist with online and mobile banking questions and services.
• Follow bank policies and protect assets and information.
