Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust in Bluefield, WV, is seeking a Customer Service Teller to perform teller duties, handle deposits and payments, and assist customers with bank products. You will work under Branch Management to ensure accurate cash handling and a friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, plus sales or customer service experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in handling United States currency preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and handles deposits, checks, and payments; cross-sells to customers.
• Reconciles cash and transactions daily and submits teller balance sheet.
• Sells and/or refers bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Maintains neat and secure work area and adheres to security procedures.
• Works from the branch location to serve customers.
