Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative conversations.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
