Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a branch to deliver welcoming, personalized service and to build lasting client relationships. You will leverage banking solutions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to help clients meet their financial goals.

In this role you will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailor product recommendations, and ensure compliance with banking regulations, while providing clear, friendly guidance and coordinating with specialists to address

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses requirements
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
