Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in California to deliver welcoming, attentive service and to help clients achieve their financial goals through the latest banking solutions. You will represent the brand with hospitality, greet clients, and guide them through product options at the branch.

You will open and service accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and collaborate with the branch team to exceed client expectations while maintaining compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings using the tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted client relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling tasks in line with bank policies.
