Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver first-class service at a branch, using the latest banking technology to help clients meet financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and educate customers on Chase Mobile App and self-service options, while building trusted relationships and ensuring compliance with policies.

In this role you will collaborate with branch teams to provide seamless service, handle cash operations as needed, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Ability to engage clients with clear and polite communication.
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank procedures.
