Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Retail unit. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling basic banking transactions, and identifying opportunities to convert interactions into referrals and sales.

The incumbent will work to meet weekly sales goals, utilize branch technology for referrals, and adhere to all compliance and risk management policies across the market locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NMLS licensing preferred but not required at start; may be required later.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Input and maintain referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Perform routine teller and operational duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
