Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Banking Associate in Jacksonville, FL to provide efficient client transactions and maintain accurate records. The role involves educating clients on digital banking, outbound outreach, and supporting IRM activities.

The position requires English fluency, weekend/extended hours availability, and willingness to travel for staffing needs. Training and benefits are provided per Truist policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences through courteous interactions while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
