JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering warm, high‑quality service while leveraging digital tools to meet client needs. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding financial solutions with a focus on trust and convenience.

The role requires sales experience in banking, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client journey.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone, tailoring product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Compliance with risk, regulatory obligations, and required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; licenses must be obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
