Job summary

Truist in Savannah, TN seeks a motivated teammate to deliver industry-leading client service in person and by phone, while developing and expanding client relationships. You will be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed and refer complex financial needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include consultative conversations that support branch sales targets, problem resolution, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed, including weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
