Job summary

Truist in Georgia seeks a client-focused professional to deliver industry-leading service in person and by phone, developing and expanding client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.

You will be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending options, and collaborate with internal specialists to meet service and branch sales goals while adhering to risk management policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment with required background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and resolve routine client requests with advanced sales focus.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by developing relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support team sales processes.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls during all transactions.
