Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (Chase) is seeking a Relationship Banker to welcome clients and help them meet financial needs using banking solutions and technology tools.

You will build lasting relationships, provide tailored product recommendations, and collaborate with experts across the branch. The role emphasizes hospitality, compliance, and proactive client engagement, with weekend and some evenings required to serve branch clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days if unlicensed.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
