Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations) required or obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or over the phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to connect with technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
