You will use Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs to empower clients, acquire new relationships, and manage existing ones, while complying with banking regulations and completing required training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent in-person and phone communication.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete required regulatory training and licensing.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
