Job summary

Truist is seeking a Teller in High Point to service clients, process transactions, and promote banking products. You will build relationships while handling routine inquiries and deposits in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will participate in ongoing training, support sales goals, and coordinate with specialists for loans and complex needs. Weekend and occasional travel may be required as part of staffing flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant with Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and maintain client relationships.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in Leadership routines and team activities.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist clients in the branch.
