The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong client communication, and collaboration with internal specialists to drive growth and ensure a high-quality client experience. Positions may be based in a single banking center or support multiple locations within a market.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products, apply sales practices, and operate within banking policies and procedures.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
• Execute transactions and servicing activities accurately and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow established procedures to protect clients and the bank, including fraud prevention and risk awareness practices.
