Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships by delivering personalized financial guidance and solutions across our banking centers. You will engage clients through proactive outreach, discuss financial goals, and connect them with the bank’s broad range of products and services.

This role emphasizes sales, service excellence, and community engagement, with opportunities for progression and multi-location support within markets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Relationship Banker: 1+ years in related roles; Relationship Banker II: 1+ years banking experience.
