Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a client-centric sales environment with proven goal attainment.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy (bank systems; MS Office).
• Must register and maintain current NMLS registration.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect privacy and security; follow audit guidelines.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – manage Top 500 customers; inform about products/promotions; solicit referrals.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – onboarding, outbound calls, schedule meaningful appointments; identify partner referrals.
• Personal Development – engage in Pathways, trainings, build product knowledge and digital platform proficiency.
• Customer Experience – uphold the Customer Service Promise; ensure consistent outbound activity and single point of contact for issues.
