Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Strong client-focused service mindset and ability to cross-sell products.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to meet risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings.
• Licensing requirements include SIE, Series 6, 63, Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
