Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting financial relationships. You will use cutting-edge digital tools to assist clients and tailor financial solutions to their needs while meeting banking regulations.

The role requires licensing (SIE, FINRA 6, state registrations, Life licenses) with training provided, and availability for weekend/evening hours in a welcoming branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with experts to address complex financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
