JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch in Gaithersburg, MD to deliver hospitality and expert financial guidance. You will represent our brand, help clients choose banking solutions, and build lasting relationships through proactive service and thoughtful recommendations.

In this role, you’ll use Chase Mobile App and online tools to assist clients, while adhering to banking regulations and internal policies. Weekend/evening hours required.

Competenze

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, in person and by phone.
• Comfort with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses through the licensing program.

Mansioni

• Provide attentive, welcoming service to clients in-branch.
• Acquire, manage, and retain client relationships with tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile and online banking tools.
• Meet regulatory and policy requirements and collaborate with specialists.
