Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service.
• Conduct financial needs-based conversations to identify client goals and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts, including checking, savings, money market, and certificates.
• Cross-sell consumer banking products and services based on client needs.
• Generate referrals to mortgage lending, business banking, investments, treasury management, and insurance partners.
• Conduct outbound calling, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and sales outreach activities.
• Participate in branch sales campaigns, community events, and client development initiatives.
• Develop new business opportunities through relationship-building and networking efforts.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for account openings, referrals, product penetration, and relationship growth.
