Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of customer service, sales, retail banking, financial services, or related customer-facing experience.
• Ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to support sales goals through consultative conversations, cross-selling, lead follow-up, or referral generation.
• Ability to work accurately with client information, account documentation, and banking systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include Saturdays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration after hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships with professional, responsive, needs-based service.
• Conduct financial needs conversations to identify client goals and recommend banking solutions.
• Support new client acquisition and relationship growth through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and client engagement.
• Deepen existing client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand product usage and improve client satisfaction.
• Contribute to sales goals through consistent execution of sales and service activities.
• Identify and refer opportunities to internal partners (mortgage, consumer lending, investments, insurance).
• Participate in branch sales campaigns, calling initiatives, and client outreach activities.
