Job summary

First Bank in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking a results-driven Relationship Banker to grow client relationships and proactively sell banking solutions. You will open and service consumer accounts, cross-sell products, and generate referrals while delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will conduct needs-based conversations, participate in sales campaigns, and help clients navigate digital banking tools. A strong sales mindset and ability to meet monthly goals are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales, relationship management, retail banking, financial services, customer service, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration after hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts, including checking, savings, money market, and certificate accounts.
• Cross-sell consumer banking products and services based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales goals for account openings, referrals, product penetration, and relationship growth.
