Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking Relationship Bankers in Florida who identify customer needs and match them with bank products to enhance satisfaction and financial well-being. Floats travel between branches, building relationships while processing cash and non-cash transactions.

You will coach teammates, handle deposits, loans, and referrals, deliver outstanding service, and maintain accurate records while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience or retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Able to learn Trustmark consumer and/or mortgage lending guidelines and process applicable loans within 2 years.
• Must be able to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
• Able to balance a cash drawer and perform routine banking transactions with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review/approve cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and checks.
• Manage cash shipment and branch vault operations.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate products and services.
• Sell and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, and related services.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Travel between branch locations and support multiple offices.
