• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service at the teller line and drive-up.
• Engage customers through active listening and conversations.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve routine issues accurately.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and strengthen relationships.
• Support customer retention through consistent service and follow-through.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing and other transactions.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawers daily with accuracy.
• Perform advanced teller functions, including issuing instant debit cards and temporary checks.
• Maintain organized workspaces and accurate transaction records.
• Adhere to regulatory, policy, and security requirements.
