Nuvision Federal Credit Union in California seeks a Relationship Manager II to consult with members, identify needs, and refer suitable products. The role includes handling member transactions and coaching staff, with a focus on member experience and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include processing loan types, account maintenance, and promoting additional services. A background in financial services and NMLS/Notary credentials are valued, with pay scale aligning to Southern California norms.

Qualifications

• 18 months financial institution experience with prior loan experience and reaching service and performance goals.
• Strong knowledge of deposit / loan products (Trust, IRA, certificates, loans/APPRO – loans decisioning system)
• Proven ability to garner business
• Proficiency in the operations of a PC and the capability to work efficiently in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and anticipate member needs
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and have an empathetic and caring nature
• Willingness to make a difference

Responsabilités

• Consults with members to identify needs, offers solutions, and follows up on pending transactions.
• Inputs, processes, and funds all consumer and small business loan types; recommends other products as appropriate.
• Calls on various call reports to garnish more business.
• Opens new Member Accounts; Savings, Checking, Money Market, Trust, Certificates, and IRA; completes required forms.
• Performs account maintenance such as address/name changes, beneficiary updates, and closures.
• Assists with leadership functions and coaching teller line.
• Identifies and reports suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
• Completes required training and compliance modules.
• Supports continuous improvement activities and events.
• Represents the Credit Union professionally and with confidentiality.
