Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Southern California is seeking a Relationship Specialist II to assist members in person or by phone, handling accounts, loans and card services while delivering outstanding service. The RS II also supports Mortgage, Investments and Autoland referrals and meets performance targets.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position with loan experience, knowledge of regulations, and a customer-focused, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with loan experience and proven goal attainment.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations including BSA, Regulation CC, Regulation D and Regulation E (NCUA).
• Strong member service and sales aptitude with ability to garner business.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Open new accounts/sub-shares, process loans, and handle cash and card services.
• Perform account maintenance, notary services, and issue cashier's checks.
• Refer Mortgage, Investments, and Autoland products as appropriate.
• Maintain branch balance and report disputes or suspicious activity.
• Complete training and participate in improvement initiatives and events.
• Represent Nuvision professionally and protect member confidentiality.
