Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Market Product Leader to own the REIT market perspective, guide product direction, and drive growth. You will size the market, segment buyers by behavior, and convert insights into a funded roadmap and go-to-market playbook.

The role collaborates with R&D, GTM/Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance to maximize ACV growth and retention across equity, mortgage, and private REIT structures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership in real estate finance or investment technology.
• Direct exposure to REITs and understanding of how these organizations are structured, financed, and governed.
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax-basis reporting, REIT qualification requirements, FFO/AFFO, and hedge accounting.

Responsibilities

• Define the REIT market sizing and segmentation with explicit assumptions and data sources.
• Translate gaps into a prioritized product roadmap and collaborate with engineering for sequencing.
• Own go-to-market leadership including ideal client profiles, pricing discussions, and enablement for sales and client services.
• Monitor customer health and retention, reporting performance to leadership.
