Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Market Product Leader to own the pensions market strategy, sizing, segmentation, and a funded roadmap that guides product and GTM decisions. You will partner with R&D, GTM, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance to drive ACV growth and improve win rate, retention, and market leadership for pension plans across DB/DC, public plans, multiemployer, and OCIO segments.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership within institutional investment management, asset servicing, or investment technology.
Direct, substantive exposure to pensions — corporate DB/DC, public plans, multiemployer plans, or OCIO — and a working understanding of governance, staffing, and budgets.
Demonstrated ownership of a market, segment, or product line, with accountability for revenue growth.
Strong quantitative instincts; able to defend market sizing, segmentation, and penetration analysis from primary data; sourced transparently.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or investment management technology preferred.

Responsibilities

Define the Pensions market, size TAM/SAM, and the Clearwater share with clearly stated basis for each estimate.
Segment the market by buying behavior across DB/DC, public plans, multiemployer, and OCIO; score and prioritize segments.
Translate point of view into a prioritized product roadmap; size work with Engineering and confirm sequencing.
Make build/buy/partner recommendations with a clear business case; identify cross-market capability bets.
Lead GTM with ideal client profiles, messaging, pricing, and enablement; partner with Finance and Sales on the commercial construct.
