Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Market Product Leader for the Pensions market. You will own the market view, define sizing, and segment by buying behavior, then translate insights into a funded roadmap and a go-to-market playbook.

You will collaborate across R&D, GTM, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance to drive ACV growth and retention. You will lead the market point of view, prioritize segments, size opportunities, and articulate build/buy/partner choices while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership in institutional investment management or related tech.
• Direct exposure to pensions (DB/DC, public plans, multiemployer) and governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and size the Pensions market with TAM/SAM/SOM and validation basis.
• Translate insights into a funded roadmap and GTM playbook.
• Lead go-to-market with pricing, packaging, and client enablement.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors, CIOs, and OCIOs; engage with industry analysts.
