Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Market Product Leader to own the REIT market strategy, direction, and growth plan. You will define and size the REIT market, segment by buying behavior, name target jobs, and convert analysis into a funded roadmap and go-to-market playbook.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership within real estate finance or investment technology.
• Direct, substantive exposure to REITs (equity, mortgage, or non-traded) and understanding of their structure and governance.
• Experience with GAAP and tax-basis reporting, REIT qualification, FFO/AFFO, and hedge accounting.
• Demonstrated ownership of a market, segment, or product line with revenue growth accountability.
• Strong quantitative instincts; able to source and defend market sizing and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Define the REIT market in plain terms and size TAM/SAM with explicit sources.
• Segment the market by buying behavior and prioritize opportunities.
• Translate gaps into a sequenced, funded product roadmap and GTM plan.
• Partner with R&D/Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services on sizing, capacity, and sequencing.
• Represent client and market context in solutioning discussions and defend trade-offs.
• Drive ACV growth, win rate, and retention through market leadership.
