Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Market Product Leader to own the REIT market point of view, direction, and growth plan. Size the market, segment by buying behavior, and translate insights into a funded roadmap and go-to-market playbook.

You will partner with R&D, GTM, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance to drive ACV growth and improve win rates across REIT structures, with a focus on equity, mortgage, and private REITs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership within real estate finance, institutional investment management, or investment technology.
• Direct, substantive exposure to REITs — listed equity, mortgage, or non-traded — and understanding of their structure, financing, and governance.
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax-basis reporting, REIT qualifications, FFO/AFFO, and hedge accounting.
• Demonstrated ownership of a market, segment, or product line with revenue growth accountability.
• Strong quantitative instincts; able to size, segment, and defend market analyses from primary data.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers on scope, architecture trade-offs, and sequencing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or investment management technology preferred.
• Bachelor's required; MBA, CPA, CFA, or related advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the REIT market size (TAM/SAM) with transparent assumptions.
• Segment market by buying behavior across REIT types.
• Identify where buying behavior diverges and tailor strategy.
• Score segments for attractiveness and win-rights; decide priorities.
• Keep POV current; separate validated vs estimated.
• Translate gaps into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Size work with R&D and confirm sequencing before commitments.
• Make build/buy/partner recommendations with business cases.
• Identify capability bets that serve multiple asset-owner markets.
• Represent market context in solution discussions with full data.
• Define ICP and pursue named-account coverage with Sales.
• Own positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative.
• Coordinate pricing/packaging with Finance and Sales.
• Enable Sales/Client Services; support strategic pursuits.
• Run win/loss analysis and feed roadmap.
