Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC seeks a Market Product Leader to own the pensions market viewpoint, strategy, and funded roadmap. You will size the market, segment by buying behavior, and prioritize opportunities while coordinating with R&D, GTM, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance.

The role drives ACV growth, win rate, and retention in pensions, working with peers across asset owner segments to align roadmap and market strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership within institutional investment management, asset servicing, or investment technology.
• Direct exposure to pensions — corporate DB/DC, public plans, multiemployer plans, or OCIO — and understanding governance, staffing, and budgeting.
• Proven ownership of a market, segment, or product line with revenue growth accountability.
• Strong quantitative instincts; able to defend market sizing, segmentation from primary data with sourced data.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers on technical scope and sequencing; excellent written/verbal communication.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or investment management technology preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or related advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the Pensions market and size TAM/SAM/Share with transparent estimates.
• Segment by buying behavior and prioritize segments for focus.
• Translate insights into a funded roadmap and GTM plan for pensions.
• Size work with R&D/Engineering; confirm capacity and sequencing.
• Define ICP and named-account strategy with Sales; craft pricing/packaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to defend build/buy/partner options.
• Engage plan sponsors and consultants; stay current on market needs.
• Monitor health, retention, and performance against plan in pensions.
