Job summary

Gallagher Re invites graduates and career changers to join the REACH Program, a 24-month structured learning track in reinsurance broking and risk management. You will gain direct access to the Executive Team, mentors, and trainers, with in-office and remote work as arranged by location.

Training hours are paid, and the program supports gaining the P&C license within 12 months and the ARe designation within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office to build, refine, and transmit documents.
• Strong technical proficiency enabling you to use various software for efficient task completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Flexibility to travel to our home office in Rolling Meadows, IL, five (5) different times for training. Travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients at all levels of their organization, assisting in the marketing, negotiation, placing, and servicing of client accounts.
• Craft persuasive pitch documents and compelling presentations for both new and existing clients.
• Analyze data in partnership with our actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial advisory teams, providing valuable insights.
• Contribute to the structuring, placing, and servicing of reinsurance transactions.
• Play a crucial role in working with contracts and supporting the finalization of reinsurance placements.
